At street level there is a spacious parking lot (garage) for several vehicles. Our guests park their vehicles in a safe space, protected from the sun.

With spacious apartments on the first floor are two terraces overlooking the sea. It is larger with an area of 48m2 and a smaller terrace 16m2.
