Luxury villa with pool and sea view in Selca/Sumartin on the island of Brac

Villa Rosanda is an ideal holiday villa for groups of guests, such as families with children, friends and for lovers of travel, cycling, hiking and enjoying untouched nature. The house is located in a quiet location near the beach (40 m), near Sumartin (1,5 km), Selca (2,5 km) and Povlja (8 km). which makes it a perfect starting point for exploring numerous picturesque bays as well as popular tourist centers such as Bol (20 min), Makarska (1 h), Split (1.5 h).

Within 300 m there are pebble beaches, 2 cafes, a pizzeria, a restaurant and a gas station. Shops and other facilities (rent a boat, scooter, kayak, electric bicycles, tennis court …) are in Sumartin (1.5 km) and Selca (2,5 km).

Villa Rosanda is a spacious, typical Dalmatian stone house bathed in the sun. Built entirely of massive Brač stone, with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the island of Hvar and the mountain Biokovo. Located on the southern sunniest side of the island, protected from the north wind. Especially attractive in the pre-season and through the season, when nice weather is required. The special feature of the villa are the huge terraces with lots of greenery, which provide intimacy and atmosphere, each in its own way.

The villa consists of 3 parts with separate entrances: high ground floor, first floor east and first floor west.

The modern and luxurious

The villa is entered through the middle level (high ground floor) where there is a spacious living room (70 m2) and a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet, media room and a terrace on several levels with a shared pool and barbecue (fireplace). Also a children’s corner with a small pool, swings, trampoline and  slide. The terrace offers a panoramic sea view. The terrace has its own covered part equipped with garden furniture.

The eastern part of the floor consists of a separate entrance, large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets.
